We are looking for experienced blockchain engineers of all levels who will be part of our autonomous, collaborative, and multidisciplinary team. The focal point of this position involves blockchain-related challenges such as design, implementation, and production monitoring of bleeding-edge smart contracts for our financial ecosystem. Part of the day-to-day work includes collaboration with other backends/frontend engineers across the company to drive practices and architecture forward. Strong competence in the Rust programming language is a must. This will be a unique opportunity for a solid Rust (or Solidity) engineer to become a versatile blockchain engineer in the Terra/Cosmos ecosystem and help us launch cutting-edge DeFi products.

Main responsibilities:

- Design and build a smart contracts architecture, incentives structure, yield pools, and strategies.
- Develop integrations with third-party protocols on Cosmos/Terra chain
- Design, implement and test smart contract upgrades and additions
- Work with the community and smart contract auditors to implement fixes

Requirements:

- Previous experience with Terra/Cosmos blockchain and Cosmos SDK
- 4+ years of full-stack web development (APIs, client-facing apps)
- Strong with JavaScript, NodeJS, and Rust
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be fluent in English
- Ability to work independently in a fast very paced work environment
- Strong interest or experience in the cryptocurrency, decentralized finance space
- BS or higher degree in Computer Science preferred
