This business is building a breakthrough technology – blockchain that is mobile native, making it the world’s most decentralised blockchain protocol. They have had huge investment enabling the business to grow its tech development, business development and marketing teams.

We are looking for a Scrum Manager with a minimum of 10 years +experience to join the small but growing team of developers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.

· Challenge and improve the operation of the team, improving their performance and capabilities.

· Organise and facilitate daily sprint planning meetings

· Foster communication both within the development team, and act as a conduit for communication with other silos in the organisation

· Provide mentoring support to junior members of the development team

· Coach the Development Team in self-organisation and cross-functionality;

· Help the Development Team to create high-quality outputs

· Remove impediments to the Development Team’s progress

· Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed
Required Skills:

Experience as a scrum manager in other organisational developer settings

Knowledge and experience of software development

Experience managing projects using, Scrum and the Agile methodology

Extensive Project Management Experience engaging in complex development projects

Ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment, ensuring timely task delivery to agreed standards

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain good working relationships in a dynamic environment

Desired Skills:

Knowledge and experience of working in blockchain

Knowledge and experience of using React and Angular

Experience of working in a start-up environment

Happy to operate in a remote-working environment

Strong academic background with excellent communications skills.
