We are aligned with some of the best clients and projects currently (and soon to be!) on the market, and our rapidly growing team requires a highly specialised Designer, as we continue in our quest to dominate this industry.

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer, ideally coming directly from the Crypto/Fintech environment!

Responsibilities:
-Cooperating with the Design team on brand experience, design thinking and design-driven storytelling
-To establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality.
-Preparing and designing rough draft illustrations.
-Creating complete illustrations by combining hand-drawn and digitally created images.
-Refining image design using illustration software.
-Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and other teams to ensure the brand vision reaches all touch-points both external and internal. This includes landing pages, distribution channels, marketing campaigns, social and brand collateral.
-To collaborate with the Product Owners to create and maintain a united and consistent brand experience
-To ensure all of the assets remain consistent and align with strategic marketing goals and brand guidelines.

Requirements:
-Have 4+ years of agency or in-house experience working in a highly creative and fast-paced environment
-Interest and passion for Cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs
-Portfolio of completed illustrations.
-Prior work experience as an Illustrator, graphic designer, or similar.
-Work experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
-Drawing, painting and digital drawing skills.
-Knowledge of image editing and design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Strong conceptual and artistic skills.
-Creative and passionate about new technologies
-Excellent spoken and written English language skills
