Our Company, a cryptocurrencies exchange platform, is new in its establishment but solid and stable in its structure with high levels of sophistication, automation and a tech savvy team. We are already stepping on solid ground through successful and profitable product launch and already preparing the grounds to expand with the establishment of physical offices throughout the Globe

Due to our current and continuous growth we are currently looking to recruit high caliber and client driven Business Development Manager with excellent sales skills, client focus and business development orientation as well as excellent and professional communication skills.

The successful candidate will be a strong individual with high sense of responsibility as well as willing to develop professionally within the role or higher. The position offers great potential for growth and opportunities for operational involvement and possibility after achieving high performance levels to become the Head of the Biz Dev department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining always high levels of understanding of the CryptoCurrency market and its technical specifics
• Display a strong understanding of ICO needs and requests in order to promote our services and offerings with professional manner
• Reaching sales targets through closing deals
• Regularly monitor client behavior and market trends in order to gain information and advice ICOs accordinly
• Provide clear and accurate information at all times to clients and ICOs
• Liaising with all relevant departments to obtain internal information if need be to solve complicated client requests and keep up to date with technical and operational changes

Qualifications and Experience required:
• Minimum two years experience in sales or business development, ideally, but not limited to cryptocurrency market, forex, binary or relevant trading
• Proven track record of overachieving and excessing sales targets on a B2C and ideally as well B2B sales environment
• Strong interest in new industry trends regarding cryptocurrency, finance, cryptomatics, blockchain
• Driven and self-motivated to reach targets.
• Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Business development oriented, professional and resourceful with excellent problem solving skills
• Proven ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations.
• Proven experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs
• Fluent English writing and spoken is an absolute must
