Senior Producer
Delysium is looking for a Senior Producer to help build the first playable AAA game on-chain. Reporting to the Director of Production, you will join a strong producer team to work with stakeholders to establish requirements and project schedules, track tasks, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the team. You will work on both "What&Why", and "How&When", and be accountable for every step through the end-end process, from figuring out requests, identifying stakeholders, to delivering outcomes and collecting feedbacks for future iterations.

Job Responsibilities.
Responsible for the upgrade of the official website, market and community functions, and product planning and management of blockchain projects.
Responsible for sorting out product requirements, and following up on product interaction design and development to go live.
Responsible for user demand research of business, product data analysis, research and analysis of industry competitors, continuous optimization of product experience, and improvement of product features.
Responsible for external cooperation docking landing.
Job requirements.
2+ years of experience in consumer-side Internet product planning.
Project management skills, process design, and platform architecture skills.
Understanding of mainstream business models and products in the blockchain industry at home and abroad.
Clear logic and excellent expression and communication skills.
Overseas experience, game industry work experience is a plus
