About the Job

About the role
* You'll build category defining products that bring DeFi to the masses and help an entire generation save for retirement
* You'll own the product development process end-to-end with a strong focus on our retail app
* You'll break down complex problems into simple and strong consumer value propositions
* You'll establish, report on and drive KPIs
* You'll work closely with C-Level in developing product strategy and prioritizing the roadmap
* You'll roll up your sleeves, no matter what needs to be done. We are an early stage start-up
* You'll help build the best consumer FinTech team Berlin has ever seen

About you
* You just love to own things end-to-end. If you weren't applying to Donut, you would probably become an entrepreneur
* You care about building an open financial system
* You are deeply curious about crypto, DeFi and B2C FinTech
* You always think customer first and are willing to advocate for the customer no matter what
* You think and communicate in hypotheses. If you don't know, you will find out somehow
* You enjoy working across different functions including engineering, design, CS and legal
* You were always the very best at whatever you chose to do
* You have worked 2+ years (4+ for senior roles) in product or product-related functions in B2C FinTech, crypto or closely related fields.
* We are looking for product managers and product leaders with varying levels of experience
* Based in Berlin or remote in Europe (CET +/- 2 hours)
