About the Job

PARSIQ is looking to hire a Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position that is remote or can be based in Tallinn, Estonia.

We are a full-suite data network solution helping to build the backends for all Web3 dApps & protocols. Capable of serving data for 6 288 000 000+ transactions in less than a second, PARSIQ is redefining what it means to quickly & easily access Web3 data.

You will be joining one of the most productive product and engineering teams in all of blockchain. In 2021, the team shipped integrations with Binance Smart Chain, OCEAN Protocol, Aave, Solana, Huobi Ecochain, Injective Protocol, Balancer, Elrond and Chainlink, and launched the IQ Protocol, the world’s first DeFi solution to tokenize SaaS - risk-free and collateral-less.

Responsibilities
-Plan & execute engagement strategies across our growing social channels e.g. Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn etc.
-Plan and create content that will engage a diverse group of cryptocurrency enthusiasts, inspire them, and seed the interest for PARSIQ products.
-Collaborate with our entire marketing & community team on special campaigns, product rollouts and announcements.
-Follow best practices to create engaging content, including interactive and UGC content.
-Prepare campaign/monthly analytics reports to measure success and make continuous improvements.
-Plan/create educational content to be posted on our social media.

Requirements
-1-5 years relevant social media marketing experience with a track record of growing project awareness.
-Strong content production skills, e.g. bi-weekly/monthly content calendar creation, campaign planning, adopting current trends, scheduling, etc.
-Genuine interest and understanding of web3 culture and especially decentralized finance.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt strategic messaging across channels to drive action.
-Experience with Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, Medium, and other social media channels.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
