About the Job
The Role
We are looking for a Sr. Full-Stack Engineer to join the founding team (<10 employees) & take ownership of a part of Reveel’s tech stack, working at the heart of our team and in close connection to the Lead Protocol Engineer & Head of Product, to build and maintain our SDK and developer tools, and deliver best-in-class solutions for our community.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years of hands on software development experience (translation: you can actually code and are excellent at it)
- Prior start up experience (translation: you move fast and hustle)
- Prior experience at leading tech company where you designed scalable infrastructure (translation: you know how to strike the balance between today's demands and tomorrow's needs)
You will:
- Take ownership & lead technical decisions for our Developer facing products (SDK, API…) & assist Lead Solidity Developer in setting the team’s technical direction
- Work at the heart of the engineering team (3 engineers & growing).
- Hands-on development & collaborate with engineering team on Frontend & Smart Contracts
- Peer-review Pull Requests for Frontend & Solidity Teams
- Prioritize feature requests
You have:
- A passion for writing clean, scalable, and secure code
- Experience leading engineering teams, organizing deliverables, and setting priorities on complex technical projects
- Great communication skills & enjoy documenting and sharing technical decisions
- Strong organizational skills & ability to ship product on time
- Attention to detail and the creativity to find solutions to hard problems
- A data-driven mindset & reflex to measure and track achievements
- Strong opinions, loosely held
- Fluent written and spoken English
Bonus:
- You have Payments, Fintech and/or DeFi experience
- Experience developing open source software and developer tools
- Keen awareness of application security, and knowledge of Open Web Application Security Project(OWASP) top 10 vulnerabilities
