Among your scope of responsibilities as a UX/UI designer will be:
 

👉 identyfing and analysis end user needs

👉 working out the user flow scenarios

👉 preparing prototypes and mock-ups of mobile and web interfaces

👉 preparing information and interaction architecture

👉 conducting usability tests

👉 optimizing UX of existing products

👉 working together with the content creator

👉 creating UI and style guides for web and mobile apps

👉 conducting end user tests on the UI

👉 oversight of the quality of production version of the interfaces

👉 working together with the Product Manager and the dev team



Our requirements:
 

👉 knowledge about building online products

👉 good estetics and knowledge about current trends in UX/UI

👉 knowledge about preparing graphical mock ups of web and mobile apps

👉 excellent knowledge about the UX and graphic design

👉 Figma, Adobe XD

👉 Jira, Confluence

👉 fluent spoken and written English

👉 easiness in communication (with the team and with clients)

👉 openess to grow and learn

👉 ability to acquire information from the dev team, marketing, clients, co-founders

👉 conscientiousness and high work ethics


Experience in managing the whole process of UX/UI production will be considered as an advantage.

👉 1 200 – 3 500 USD net/month (B2B)

👉 equivalent of 1000 - 2000 USD in $LAKE token / month from the Team token pool

👉 up to 26 days of paid leave on the B2B contract,
