According to an 8-K filing, the combined businesses generated $80.5 million in revenue, $34.2 million in EBITDA, and $40.1 million in net income for the 12-month period ending September 30, 2025.
The transaction was executed under Nakamoto's call option within its existing Marketing Services Agreement, previously approved by shareholders.
