Operations and product leader who turns strategy into shipped, measurable systems, and builds the teams and documentation that keep them running. I work across operations, product, SEO, analytics and the technical platform, and I'm strongest where AI, data and web execution overlap.
AI and automation: I ship production AI agents at scale by directing parallel AI coding sessions, backed by thousands of automated tests, and connect them to publishing, analytics and task tooling through custom MCPs with permission management and logged writes. Moving work out of prompts and into scripts to cut AI usage.
Data, SEO and web: I build search data and tracking systems, including rules engines that rank SEO work by expected impact, and GA4 and GTM tracking around BigQuery measurement plans. I own production sites end to end: Design, UX, Core Web Vitals, technical SEO and EU compliance.
Leadership and hiring: I lead remote teams alongside outside specialists, and hire freelancers end to end, from role definitions and screening questions to paid test tasks and contracts. I write the documentation that makes it repeatable, from analyst manuals and data layer specs to onboarding guides.
Background: around ten years in marketing and design across motion graphics, brand identity, UI and social content, with an MA in Design and Visual Communications, then independent crypto research, development and trading from 2021 to 2024. Currently COO at a crypto platform with 20k+ daily users, working remotely from Dubai.
