I am a Senior Management professional based in the UK with 15 years of experience providing operational management expertise into the Finance, Technology and Digital Asset domains.

I started my career with predominantly large blue-chip organisations (IBM, Barclays, Thomson Reuters) but have since transitioned to smaller, more agile start-ups in the cryptocurrency space. My last two roles were; as Head of Operations for a start-up crypto fund which I grew from 3 to 24 heads and $5-75 million AUM, a fund predominantly focussed on DeFi, arbitrage as well as private equity. Then most recently I co-founded a fund focused on DeFi and Options (VRP) which I exited in April with the firm having made a sizeable profit.

I am now looking for a new challenge in the digital asset space where I can apply my passion for supporting company and project growth. My operational experience is broad and includes day-to-day running of the organisation, technology and infrastructure implementation, talent acquisition/HR implementation, project management, fund structuring and finance.
