My experience managing online communities has given me practical insight into community engagement, member support, moderation, event coordination, and building active digital communities. As a Discord Moderator, I helped grow a gaming community from 2,800 to 4,000+ members while organizing events, tournaments, discussions, and community activities. I have also developed strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills through my experience in education operations and business management.
I am particularly interested in Web3 because of its community-driven nature, decentralized ecosystems, digital ownership, and the opportunities it creates for new forms of online collaboration and business. I am actively looking to build my career in crypto and Web3, particularly in community management, community growth, outreach, business development, customer support, communications, and operations.
