About the Job

Responsibilities:
· Work with internal and external teams to create compelling experiences and
add more utility to our drops.
· Work with a team of managers and specialists that will help synthesize
community feedback and turn this feedback into actionable efforts.
· Maintain strong industry knowledge of NFTs, meta verse, and cryptocurrency -
with the ability to speak to prospects and clients on how, why, the way NFTs
are shaping the future of digital assets
· Work with new and existing NFT artists on new NFT collections and drop
(launch) dates, ensuring all artwork and files are ready prior to launch
· Craft NFT marketing strategies for the Marketing team, including Digital,
Advertising, Communications and Creative.
· Manage ongoing updates to the roadmap and ensure we are delivering on
time and on budget.
· Develop department KPIs that contribute to business goals. Set, monitor and
report on team goals.
· Ensure content and marketing materials are top notch and of the highest
quality.
· Market research and data analysis to drive strategic decision making to
develop deep customer and market insights to define and drive experiments
that optimize resources to achieve the highest impact.
· OpenSea account organizing and go through all stages of offering

Requirements:
· 1+ year in NFT/DeFi/Social tokens
· Deep NFT / Crypto marketing experience and community involvement
· Understanding of NFT, crypto, blockchain, minting & gas fees, crypto wallets
· 2-3+ years in marketing, community engagement, partnership and other
relevant experience
· Entrepreneurial and attitude of ownership of the project
Location: Remotely (Home Office)
Salary: will be paid in USDT (cryptocurrency), and to be determined after the
interview.
