We are TokenDon, a closed-circuit marketing agency providing growth, PR, branding, and strategy to blockchain-based ventures.

We are looking for a seasoned crypto marketing expert with initiative and a keen eye for detail to fulfill a series of tasks:

- Assisting with marketing strategy development
- Social media management
- Engaging Telegram communities
- Drafting campaign reports
- Research initiatives
- Executing community contests
- Outreach & handle communication with potential partners (publications, influencers, artists, designers, developers, etc.)
- Finding solutions to complex challenges
- Assisting in client calls
- Quality check KPIs and making sure the team fulfills their objectives
- Create promotional narratives for clients based on their UNSP

Apply if you are:
- An excellent oral communicator and a great writer
- Have at least 2 years of previous marketing experience
- Know the ins and outs of the crypto industry
- Are willing to participate in regular client & team calls
- Are experienced with Google Docs
- Are resourceful and have initiative in handling problems before they have a negative impact
- Are willing to work both independently and as part of a rapidly-scaling team
- Are a creative person who's willing to adapt, improvise, and overcome
