About the Job
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Development Representative to help us scale our institutional footprint. You will manage the initial prospecting stage, understand customer needs and ensure they are the right fit for our products. You will be responsible for outbound sales and opportunity creation, keeping the Account Executives busy.
Vinter’s mission is to institutionalize crypto. We create and calculate complex yet elegant crypto indexes used in financial products worldwide. Our customers are some of the most successful crypto funds in the world, and our investors are some of the most well-respected in the industry. We recently raised a $3.4M Series Seed and are now looking to build one of the greatest teams in our industry.
Since our incorporation in 2019, we’ve been listed as a top European startup and won the ETF Express Awards 2022 Crypto Index Provider of the Year. Our team is a diverse group of people from over 8 countries who speak 13 different languages.
**At Vinter, you will:**
* be part of our Sales team, work and learn from other SDRs and AEs as well as our CEO who is heavily involved in the Sales team,
* be responsible for identifying, qualifying and contacting new prospects,
* have frequent 1-on-1s with your team lead to fuel your professional and personal growth,
* build relationships with leaders of some of the best financial institutions in the world,
* identify financial institutions in need of Vinter and pitch them our product(s),
* get to understand the startup and venture world inside and out, and
* boldly go where no sales development representative has gone before.
**Requirements**
* A strong eagerness to go above and beyond.
* Technically savvy, highly driven, independent, and capable of building a solid business report.
* Deep experience in Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls every day.
* 1+ year of sales experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS startups ideally from Series A+ (20 to 100 headcount).
* Flawless communication skills capable of elegantly addressing C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
* C1 English level or above.
* Have completed a BSc. degree in a relevant field.
**Meriting**
* Have at least 1-3 years of sales experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS startups ideally from Series A+ (20 to 100 headcount).
* Have a good network in our target markets.
* German, Spanish, French, and Mandarin
