As blockchain technology continues to change the world, Hype is growing rapidly to help our clients build their communities and is looking for a campaign lead to help drive innovative digital campaigns.

This role is a leadership position for someone with 3-5 years experience running digital campaigns for fast growing startups and brands.

You will be comfortable working across creative and marketing functions and will be tasked with driving awareness and growth for Hype’s largest clients through multi channel campaigns that run across social, influencer and brand marketing.


Requirements

3-5 years experience leading tech, fintech or crypto marketing campaigns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A deep understanding of the campaign creative process
The ability to be immersed in new projects
The ability to work on multiple projects across clients
High energy
Love of memes


Responsibilities will include:

Managing global marketing campaigns across multiple clients
Building out processes for creative development
Developing relationships with ecosystem partners
Liaising with clients on a weekly basis
Working closely with community, growth and creative teams
Consistent reporting across client campaigns
Keeping on top of current blockchain marketing trends
Helping the executive team develop client pitches
Inspiring junior team members
