Job Summary
We are looking for an expert who has demonstrated success in managing token sales. Your primary responsibility will be to select and work with token sale projects, support and get them on track. You will create a standardized process allowing the setup of many token sales, as well as manage the implementation of the token sale processes, including portfolio management, listing, managing partnerships and outreach. You will support the development of optimal tokenomics for different use cases, token-sales models, and designing other aspects of a token-sale process.
As a Chief Token Sale Officer, you will need to have strong understanding in token economics, tech, marketing and legal coordination. To support entrepreneurial engagement in the tokenization projects, part of your benefits shall be the offer to participate in the tokensales via tokens.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategy and process development + management
- Create a standardized process for the token sale projects, token sales and lead the projects throughout it;
- Take an important role in the selection of the right token sale projects
- Develop and plan token sales strategies for various projects;
- Lead token sales projects though the standardized model, where you will be provided with the structure, accompanied along the way and connected to our experts;
- Conduct regular performance analyses, market, and competitive analyses of the current state of the token sale market as well as token sales on the token sale platform.

Relationship Management
-Establish and maintain relationships with key partners including external token sales projects, marketing agencies, law firms, tech team and exchanges;
-Lead and advise the marketing of the token sales including support at conferences and public appearances;
-Maintain active social media presence across relevant digital channels;
-Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate to spread the news about the program and the projects.

Coordination and Leadership
-Liaising with the senior leadership team to ensure the flawless execution of assigned projects and alignment between the involved teams;
-Managing marketing agency relationships, campaign budgets, and schedules;
- Coordinating the experts from tech, legal and business;
-Monitor and follow the latest developments and trends in fundraising/crowdsourcing provide and present statistical analysis to the senior leadership team;
-Strong leadership skills to manage crowdfunding campaigns.

Key Qualifications for Success:
• Experience in running a successful token sale project;
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset;
• The successful candidate will be able to thrive in a dynamic and agile organization committed to an ambitious vision, a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority;
• 5+ years of proven experience in business development or digital marketing preferably in a High tech industry;
• Have expertise in crowdfunding;
• Experience in working with law firms, PR agencies, and designers;
• Fluent in English; being able to communicate in German is a plus;
• Experience in Blockchain focused Marketing;
• Good understanding of open-source development, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies;
• Ability to travel at times;
• Strong management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.


Availability: Immediately
Hours: Full Time (40 hrs p/wk)
Location: Remote from Europe. Austria, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Germany are preferred.
Compensation: Negotiable
