About the Job
Hype Partners is the largest blockchain community management and marketing agency with 80+ employees across 30 countries worldwide.
As blockchain technology continues to change the world, Hype is growing rapidly to help our clients build their communities and is looking for a VP Content Marketing to drive performance for our clients across their content channels.
This role is a leadership position for someone with 3+ years experience developing content marketing campaigns for large organizations in the tech, finance or crypto space.
The right candidate will be comfortable leading a team and will be tasked with driving the overall strategy for our team of writers to execute across client campaigns. Projects will often involve working closely with our research and creative teams.
Requirements
3 years experience leading a content marketing team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience developing and managing content strategies across multiple client accounts
A deep understanding of content trends in the crypto space
A good understanding of social media channels
High energy
Love of memes
Responsibilities will include:
Leading content marketing efforts across key client accounts
Building out multi-channel content campaigns
Managing a team of writers and content marketers
Developing creative content campaigns
Reporting on content performance
Working with Hype’s creative team
Working with community and growth teams
Inspiring junior team members
