About the Job

About the Role:


We are looking for a Head of Tokens with an entrepreneurial mindset to develop clear strategies on how to increase investors awareness and interest to our main token. Work together with the game producers on the utility of the tokens within the games, set the token model and grow the RBLS tokens’ liquidity


Who we are:

Rebel Bots- Xoil Wars is a cross platform card battle game, players will be able to play, progress,and earn in a single player or multiplayer sci-fi themed game taking place in outer space.

Our Vision is to create a leading game franchise within the blockchain games space by building the Rebel Bots brand with several gaming titles. Players will be able to use the characters they own in all games within the Rebel Bots Universe. Among our goals is to create true social games which enable players to join forces with other players, play both casual and competitive gameplay


Your Responsibilities
Define strategies for growth and integration of tokens into our product offerings
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
Involving the community to help engage and grow RBLS tokens and other tokens to increase their values
Responsible for the operational, legal, and financial aspects of the RBLS tokens
Systematize involving tokents to ensure there are minimal risks to the operations
Plan and execute partnerships with exchanges and other potential partners

Requirements and Qualifications
Deep knowledge of token-based trends (Etherrum, NFTs, DeFi)
A presence in the blockchain space and network within the blockchain industry
Has an entrepreneurial mindset
Demonstrated experience in creating and launching projects
Sales/Business Development experience would be advantageous
Previous experience in token development
